  • Dr James Adonis: An Australian author, speaker and a PhD candidate

James Adonis

I made this website by creating WordPress theme template from scratch and then using several third-party plugin APIs while keeping James’ needs in mind. I also did SEO on this website. This website is designed by FOE Creative.

James Adonis is currently a PhD candidate researching the ways in which leaders can engage employees during organisational crises and significant change.  His previous qualifications cover a diverse range of disciplines including business leadership, marketing management, and political science.

Campsite

The goal of the project was to design and develop a WordPress plugin that can help the campsite owners/managers to maintain the campsite from the back-end while allowing them to use Google Maps to draw campsites on and manage them.

From the front end, a user can select a campsite using the GoogleMaps as per their wish and pay for it using online bank transaction. This plugin is using an accommodation API for front-end and back-end support to handle the booking and maintenance of the campsites.

* Currently this plugin is under the rights of The Update Company

DevSite:  Sea Wolf Adventures Dev Site

OldSite: https://seawolfadventures.ca/

The aim of this project was to make the front-end of the website should look exactly the same as the old website with few improvements, but change the backend of the website to make it much faster, smoother, robust with clean code and use the third party API to manage the whole back-end by creating custom fields and data.

Make developers life easy!

DevSite: Sidney Whale Watching Dev Site

OldSite: Sidney Whale Watching Old Site

Again I worked with The Update Company for this project and the project goal was exactly same as the SeaWold Adventures website. Make the front-end look exactly the same (I made a lot of design improvements) as the old website and make the backend of the website more faster, better, cleaner, robust and well maintainable using the third-party API.

  • CMS Course Project: Project Aquila

Project Aquila

I made this website as a course project for my CMS class where I also learned about other CMS websites like Drupal and Joomla.

This website promotes FaceBook’s idea of how they are going to provide the internet in third-world countries using the fleet of drones laser, and radio-waves.

I am impressed with Facebook’s innovative idea and effort, and to support them (like they really need my support) and spread awareness of this program I made this website.
