With 9+ years of experience building SaaS products and leading engineering teams, I use data and customer feedback to guide product and technical decisions. My work brings software engineering and AI together to create practical systems that solve real customer problems.
At Quo (formerly OpenPhone), I lead an engineering team working on new product and AI capabilities. Customer needs and data guide our work, from production interfaces to agentic systems, multi agent orchestration, and MCP. The role also includes training and fine tuning models and applying reinforcement learning where it can improve the product.
Outside of shipping code, I mentor developers, share what I am learning on my blog, and explore emerging technology. The best engineering teams are built through honest code reviews, shared context, and a genuine interest in each other's growth.
